COACHING AND WORKSHOPS

Numinos Coaching has created three different packages for companies to develop self-leadership, cultural intelligence, and inclusive leadership style. Each of the programs will be tailored according to the company's situation. However, all of them include either individual and/or group coaching to support employee’s personal and professional growth through encouraging self-discovery and accountability. By accomplishing that, an employee will achieve a higher level of motivation and wellbeing both work and during free time which will ultimately increase work performance.

  • 1,5h individual coaching session online going through the WSA- results and setting goals for the future

  • 1h individual coaching session regarding the set goals and future development needs

  • 3h workshop for the whole team, where we will go through the WSA group analysis and set team goals for the future

  • 2h workshop regarding the set goals and future development needs to enhance the overall wellbeing and collaboration

CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE
- Roadmap to understanding cultures

Are you aware of how your own culture affects the way you interact with others? Can you flex your communication and leadership style when working abroad or in a multicultural environment? Do you have the ability to interpret cultural cues?

YOUR TEAM WILL GAIN

  • An understanding of how their culture influences behavior and working styles​​

  • Awareness of the importance of cultural relation; how are two different culture in relation to each other

  • Knowledge of different types of biases, for example, stereotypes and confirmation bias

  • An understanding of different types of cultural dimensions such us scheduling styles, time orientation, power distance and their influence on working styles and leadership

  • An appreciation for cultural differences and for individual differences, which will reduce misunderstandings and unnecessary conflicts

  • 1,5h individual coaching session online going through working styles analysis results to find out what senses one prefers to utilize in communication

  • 3h workshop regarding different cultural dimensions, which influence on daily operations and leadership

  • 3h workshop focusing on different communication styles to increase flexibility and tolerance, and harness diversity into a strenght

INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP
- Journey towards cultural awareness and diversity

How well do you support each employee's individual growth? Are you aware of your own leadership style? Have you taken into consideration cultural cues and biases when working towards more cohesive and inclusive teamwork?
